Ray's Maintenance Techs

Technician was hired for a LEAK. Technician was able to diagnose the issue and supposedly ordered replacement part. Then, technician never communicated. I reached out to remind technician and seek completion. Technician scheduled appointment. I missed a day of work and technician never showed. Via text, technician casually said he would just come the next day. Another no-show later, I communicated that he could just leave the parts and we could part ways. Technician ghosted and refused further communication.

Very unprofessional. No time management: does not show up when he says he is going to show up and shows up unannounced. Do not recommend this professional to ANYBODY.

Wanted a knockdown texture. After completion it was obvious they did not know how to apply. Several areas of the ceiling are not consistent with knockdown. Itâ s obvious the hopper was used to just spray several sections without knocking it down. Ceiling paint used shows roller marks. Other section of ceiling was spray painted and does not match paint that was rolled on. Said they would come back later and match it up. Have not heard from them since. I had to spend hours cleaning dried compound from my new kitchen cabinets, appliances , walls , crown moldings, trim and doors (not to mention the wood floors). Once they removed all the plastic they taped up, that was the end of the job as far as they were concerned. I even paid extra because the job was more involved than he anticipated. Lesson learned!

The contractor did not fix the sheet rock properly. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Needs to be re doned.

The worst contractor ever. I need to pay another company to removed all the poor and unprofessional work done and start over. If you need photos I can send you a ton. My recommendation to you is to remove this **drywall contractor from your list, it really works against you.**

My experience was horrible, not professional at all. I rated this place a .5 because that is as low as I could rate them. I paid to have this guy install shelves to hold my TV cable box, the shelves fell a few a hours after installation. Causing possible damage to my wall, shelves, and cable box. The guy promised to personally come out and fix the problem, he never showed. The shelves, cable box and soundbar are still laying in the same spot where the fell off the wall. The guy literally took my money and ran. Sad!

Ray's were knowledgeable and responsible. Very flexible too. I am very happy with my gazebo! It was worth the price! I will call them again whenever I have any handyman projects.

Ray’s Maintenance Techs did an outstanding job. Addressed my issue and help mitigate issues I didn’t even realize I had. Ray’s will definitely be my go to handyman from here on out. A good, flexible, reasonably priced handyman is tough to find — glad we connected with Ray’s.
