Was unprofessional, taking too long to complete job, many times saying was coming and did not show up, cancelled on days he was said to come, always saying has a lot of work but not coming on a regular or daily basis to complete the work for us and last but to say the least did not keep his word on the price of the job, he added thousands to original verbal price after Taking months to complete the job. Not happy, would not use again or recommend.

He failed to put a main trap in the house.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable

He was very nice and affordable, he tried almost 7 hours to snake my main sewage line but all to no avail, his final assessment was wrong though as I sought a second opinion and it turns out the blockage was from tree roots and could only use jet and balloon to open the blockage. But in all he was very helpful but didn't have the tools to solve my problem.

Mr. Waters was courteous, friendly and accommodating. He addressed our need and advised us with the right solution to the sewer problem at our church building. He completed the job of lining the main sewer drain, and now our system is back to normal. I highly recommend #1 Drain Guy.

He is false advertising because he is not licensed and he does not work according to the code.

My problem was fortunately minor. However, Ray was from the very beginning very friendly and professional. He actually came out on a Sunday, on his birthday no less, and was able to quickly solve my issue. i would definitely hire him in the future and based on his professionalism, would not hesitate to recommend.

The Drain Guy changed his original cost. Although he got paid for the job, he refused to provide a receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me. When inquired about it a few days later, he was upset and became argumentative. I noted that he had not replaced the cover of the pump and asked him why, he said that was not part of the project and asked for more money.. I would not recommend his business and I still need my receipt for $900. I trusted him at first, but he was not genuine. I need HomeAdvisors assistance in obtaining my receipt from The Drain. My lesson,: Always obtain a receipt at payment without delay.

Ray arrived in a timely manner, was professional, friendly and reassuring. Explained what he was doing and why, to unclog the main sewer line to the house. Charged a very reasonable amount for his time and work. I have enthusiastically passed along his business card to two of my neighbors.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Look nowhere else for your plumbing issues. We had a clogged exterior storm drain that backed up during Ida. Ray came in and fixed it quickly and for an unbelievable price. Roto Rooter or City Wide would charge more just to walk in the door. Ray kept in touch after the appointment was made to schedule the time and he arrived on time. Cleaned up nicely afterwards too. Great service, great guy, 100% the best. Thank you!

Ray misrepresented his fee and would not return after I told him the sump pump was not working. I told him I needed a very powerful pump because water funnels into out driveway cistern and must be pumped away. We looked at a 1hp pump online and it was priced at $832. He said he could get an equivalent one for $650 or $700 with tax, an industrial strength pump that would not be **a Home Depot special** He ended up installing a way underpowered 1/3 hp Little Giant pump which I later Discovered is available and in stock at Home Depot for $165. When I confronted him with the fact that he baited and switched and way overcharged for the pump he installed he refused to refund any of the $500 he overcharged. In addition the pump did not work during the Hurricane Ida so I ended up with flooding and expensive remediation. I asked him to come fix it and he has not answered my texts. I sent him a page from the pump manual which stated for a long pipe run you need to drill a relief hole or else the pump could be subject to air lock and not pump water. Who knew? Anyway he did not drill a relief hole as the manual specifies. I was extremely disappointed in Ray. At first he seemed a likeable, experienced, affordable, and trustworthy guy but that not my experience, at all.
