On time good work fair price...

Called in plumbers to repair a leak coming from underneath a bathtub. Plumber arrived and evaluated the issue on a Saturday and returned on the following Monday. I had removed a rubber transition that had been damaged by rodent activity before they returned. This was the cause of the leak. A hole had been chewed into it. I purchased the exact same part later for $5.09 at Home Depot. Two plumbers arrived on Monday and I showed them the damaged rubber transition piece and the replacement transition I had purchased (to save time and money). They told me they wouldn't be using that rubber part and were going with a different plan to repair the leak because the plumbing had been done incorrectly and they were going to do it the right way. They began removing concrete and inadvertently hit a copper pipe and then that pipe started leaking. Later they cut pipes out, then reattached the pipes with some tubing product. Their repair completely failed. They tried it again and the repair failed again. A pipe came loose during the repair and they wanted me to pay them more to fix that. They said the pipe was old. It most likely vibrated loose after they used a saws-all to try and cut it. So then they asked me to try and loosen something where the pipe came loose from. I told them to call their boss. They were confused and called in additional help. Two additional plumbers arrived and attempted to repair "their repair" and were unsuccessful also. Hours later the "blame for the repair job was placed someplace else. I listened to a couple of excuses and THEN their initial price to repair the leak more than QUADRUPLED. I was shocked at their behavior. That $5.00 replacement rubber transition that could have possibly been reinstalled and that had evidently BEEN WORKING BEFORE it was damaged just sat there. They advised the problem cannot be resolved unless they are paid their increased price. I rate them a 0.5 or a"half of a star" only for showing up. Nothing else. I will most likely be calling a different business now to get that leak fixed.

Recommended and out source the enlargement of my water heater storage area which was done so well it looked like it already that size when Home was purchased over 20 years ago. Once water heater was installed I told them it had to up to code which meant adding a drain line which was done at no extra cost. Very professional I would highly recommend that anyone give them a call.

This is the second time I've used Hometown Plumbing with an emergency and both times they fixed my problem! They are very professional and knowledgeable. It is very reassuring to work with such competent service providers. I would highly recommend them to address any of your plumbing issues

Very friendly and professional!

First , they were late arriving. Office Manager said between 8-9, but when they didn't show, she said they would be there at 1:00, because she didn't write it down. They ended up coming at 10:00. Workers were professional & worked hard, but after they left, one toilet started leaking & she said they would return, but never did, then she wants to charge me $50 extra, because she quoted the wrong price. She is very unprofessional & tried to put the mistake on me. Had to ask for the Owner, called him, never received a returned call. There is water all on my floor & after calling three times, she says someone will return tomorrow. I'll have to wait & see that. I'll never use them again & won't recommend them to anyone.

Need to run from this guy, hes a snake, you will be so sress by hiring him,stay away

He took care of all my needs, he was reasonable with the price. He made sure the job was completed in a timely manner and was diligent with the people working with him. He is also very organized, he always left the working area clean, nice and as neat as he could.

Excellent service and easy to work with. If you need a plumber or help with a remodel project, this team will not disappoint you. They are exceptional.

Very responsive, professional will be the family Plummer from now on. Recommend highly little high on cost but if you’ve ever had plumbing emergency well worth the cost. Great job.

They were really nice with me. The did a great job dismounting and putting back my water heater so I could fix my walls. Price was a little too high.

The pro was busy the day I hired him so was a little later than he said he would be. Once he arrived he was very professional. examined the area and gave me advice based on what he found. He literally saved me thousands of dollars! I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
