In May 2025. our entire 14-year old roof & 3 Velux operational skylights were damaged by a a severe hail and high wind storm. It wasn't until late fall that we realized the extent of the damage. BNW responded quickly to assess the damage and present a bid. As soon as weather permitted, a crew arrived to replace the roof and skylights. During the job, they suggested using copper on the dormers instead of shingles, and we agreed. We are amazed at how hard and fast the crew worked! They also did a great job cleaing the construction debris afterwards! When the builfing inspector completed the the final inspection, he said everything looked great!

Great service and quality! Finished the job promptly and my yard showed no evidence that they were there! I highly recommend!

If you want a new roof done right call BNW Installations ! They did my large roof in two days with a friendly crew. Very reasonable and high quality work. They have done many homes in my neighborhood.

8-7-25 . Mixed review here. The roof replacement (over a year ago) was done in one day. Overall it seems the job was complete and thorough. I have had issues with finding roofing nails that show up in my driveway every now and then. I've found them on at least 6-8 different occasions. I doubt they are coming loose and falling out, but I called to let them know. I just don't want shingles coming loose if there are high winds. The first time I called was just a month or so after the new roof was installed, and they sent someone out. They just went on the roof and the ground to use the magnet to check for stray nails. About 2 weeks ago (7/23/25) I once again found more nails and called to let them know. I was told someone would come out to check, but no one ever did. Again, not saying the nails are falling out, but then again where are they coming from? Since no one bothered to follow up I have to assume they don't care or didn't take me seriously. Just a call from the owner would have meant a lot. I also filled out a survey they sent a while back expressing some dissatisfaction but never heard back from them. I feel like they got paid and now don't care. I worry that if there are ever warranty issues, I may struggle to get satisfaction. In fairness there might not be a problem with shingles coming loose, but a return call would have been nice. UPDATE Aug 21, 2025: Since my initial review 2 weeks ago and the response from the owner, I've yet to receive a call. At some point I'll make this a 2 star review. UPDATE Aug 26: Going on 3 weeks and no call from owner so changed to 2 stars. UPDATE 9 4 25. It's been 6 weeks since my initial call to this company. It's been a month since my initial review (and the same for their response) and STILL no call. I have to believe their response here was perhaps to make anyone reading the review think that they called me. I'm here to report that they have not called me. I won't provide any more updates unless they reach out to me. If you read this and I haven't updated it, then know they HAVE NOT called me. A simple call would have gone a long way. I had one friend ask who did my roof, as his sister needs hers done. I told him this story, and he told his sister so she knows. My friend is one of those guys who knows everyone and his brother, so when someone asks about roofing contractors I'm sure he'll pass on my story.

We had our roof, soffit, downspouts, siding and two doors replaced by BNW Installations. It was a huge project. They were kind, efficient and we love the work that was done. Their price was reasonable as well. So appreciate it Bill and the BNW team (and our neighbors who told us about them!)

Left a phone call about warranty on a roof replaced in 2024 and haven’t received any type of communication back. Trying to be understanding with the holidays but it seems unprofessional for a company to not make any solid attempts at fixing THEIR WORK. Roof has leaked into one of my bedrooms ruining our ceiling, feels frustrating that we have a warranty but can’t receive a call back.
