Re-Bath El Paso

We have been wanting (needing?) to re-do our bathtubs / showers for a while now. We finally went for it and replaced two bathtub / showers with Re-Bath walk-in showers. The team at Re-Bath (Bill, Javier, David, and a couple more on the last day) really did a great job; the new showers are really nice, and Re-Bath certainly met our expectations. It's always a little stressful whenever any kind of work is done at one's house. The entire process from product consultation, choosing product, etc. with Bill down to the install with Javier and his team went really smooth and everyone was very open with us each step of the way. Javier really went the extra mile during the installation, and I just want to really thank him and his team for such a clean job. Project milestones (or anything related to the project) were communicated via a GroupMe chat group, which is a great idea to keep everyone involved updated to the progress of the project. Re-Bath was able to do two full conversions in 5 days (a little less); everything from step 1 to the end was done in a very professional manner and we are very happy.

Rebath has been awesome from beginning to end. Our sales rep Adam has really taken care of us. He has been so patient with my parents and just extremely caring of our needs. Our technicians were very professional in way of installation and clean up of materials. They truly went the extra mile. Our bathroom looks amazing!! I would recommend Rebath to anyone looking to make a major change in the appearance of their bathroom. My parents bathroom is almost 50 years old, you would never know it by looking at it now. We have had both of our bathrooms done by Re-Bath in early February 2023. Alan, Brandon, David and the Re-Bath team delivered as promised. We are elated to have had Alan and his team, do the remodel of our two bathrooms. Alan and his team are very professional, respectful, meticulous, punctual, quick, and clean. They kept us updated on everything that was being done and answered all our demands and questions. Would highly recommend Alan, Brandon, David and all the Re-Bath team to anyone looking to remodel his or her bathroom.

Our bathroom was fully remodeled the first week in December by Re:Bath, so we have had a chance to live in it and evaluate it well. We had heard reports that Re:Bath did the work quickly and it is true. The work was accommplished in about 7 days. The planning stage was well thought out and went well. Our planner, Steve Resendez, was very thorough and methodical. All the parts were planned out with product samples so you could see how everything looked together. All the parts were pre-prepared and delivered at the start of the project. Our lead remodeler, Rudy Contreras, was an exceptional craftsman. He took down the exiting bathroom to its base and repaired any deficiencies that were found. He took initiative and responsibility for the entire job. These have been rare traits to see in workers, Rudy is a honorable and true craftsman. He explained the work to be done very understandably. He fixed existing problems so that the bathroom's base was the best foundation. Everything went together very well. The end result was some of the best high-quality work I have ever seen. The bathroom is beautiful. We are extremely happy with it.

David came by our house to recaulk our bathrooms and what a great job he did to both our bathrooms. He took his time and our bathrooms look beautiful! Thank you David!

They did a wonderful job, explain everything in detail of what they were going to do and they did an outstanding job.

They are friendly and play with my cats which I found lovely. they cleaned up everything and check their work before they left. the also helped with some other things that I had at home which I really appreciate and I would definitely hire them again if I need to.

The professional that came to re-do the bathroom was prompt curious, clean, and they left it on very shape as it was. They never mind answering my questions at any time.

They always show up and they do the job exactly how you ask for. They always do it on time.
