Bathtub Installation and Replacement
The plumber forgot to tighten the drain on the bathtub and it just leaked for a year until it was so compromised that it was leaking from the second floor into the kitchen

The bathroom is beautiful but it was kind of expensive. The sales person was inaccurate on what he said would happen which slowed the project down a bit. When they finally did make it out to complete the bathroom they did not bring enough flooring pieces to finish the floor in one day. They were accommodating in working with my schedule because I not take more time off from work for the second days work.

The workers were polite and on time. They answered all of my questions. As they removed things through the house they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I was also given very clear instructions on the best way to clean my new shower.

Kevin Moore, the installer, explained installation process, cleaning products to use and what not to use. We were involved in seat, shelf and grab bar placements. He explained the curing time of the sealant. He covered our flooring with protective mats, vacuumed and cleaned up after the work was done. He was friendly and answered our questions. Great job!

Everything was great. Only draw back is they charge 2.3 % extra if you want to use your credit card, which should have been explained earlier. It does look wonderful.
