They insulated my attic, which was done very well and efficiently. But I was most impressed by the consultation they gave on the insulation issues on my first floor. The guy, Brad, gave quality free advice rather than making up a huge project that his company could profit from. Will be hiring them for my next insulation project!

we had the work done over the course of 2 days - but when we looked at the work they did we saw it was not actually completed. had to have them come back to complete the work and from what we can see they did bare minimum. the guys were really nice and the customer service was excellent but the quality of work was not

"We explained that we would only stop the sound of the waste pipe by less than 40%. We came back 4 times since 2013 when the work was done. The work we did was sound control, not soundproofing. We are sorry you are not happy with the results, but you did tell us it was better."

Perfect - They did a great job. They put aluminum tubes around all my high-hats in the attic as well as hooking up my bathroom vent hose (which was just laying on the attic floor) to go outside. I highly recommend them.

Brad is a reasonable contractor and his workers are great. They did a great job with the blown-in insulation and vacuumed and cleaned up nicely after they finished insulating my home. He charged a fair price as well for the project.

This company was the low-bidder for an insulation project in one of my rental properties. The guys did an OK job, and the manager satisfactorily resolved all concerns I had remaining at the conclusion of the project. You have to oversee them, but I'd hire them again - they're a good value for the price.

This is an extremely reliable and dependable company. If they were late for an appointment they called. They also called before they came to do the job. The three workmen who came were very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the job. The salesman, Scott, was extremely personable and pleasant.

They suggested traditional roll insulation rather than blow in for my specific needs. The company was excellent to work with, the owner was very professional as were the two men who did the job. We have them doing other work for us now also!

It was enoying when customer Service demended remaining payment ( the second part) before we even had a chance to see the finished work. But they were responsible and responsive to correct their mistake of putting lighter insulation on the ceiling; they added extra layer promptly without creating any delay for the inspection of their work.
