The scheduling and estimation of work was straightforward and easy. The business owner Corey gets the full marks. Jorge Blanco who actually did the work, gets more than full appreciation. For doing the work promptly with a positive attitude. I am so glad I found them. I will certainly use their services again. I have already recommended them to my friends.

The technician was not given KEY INFORMATION about AVOIDING the kitchen. Also, I could not be home, so Asked for the technician to call with any questions and clarification of the job, this message was not given to him. The job then took two visits plus an up charge for service we discussed but was NOT included in the work order. I overlooked this but I felt understanding my needs was not achieved. The technician did do an excellent job, but he was not given all the information he needed to do the correct job in one visit.

"Sorry you feel this way. I asked you to send me the exact counts and I gave you an exact detailed estimate. We installed everything to the estimate. Then you called me complaining that we missed items. You have is the wrong counts and didn't put that you wanted a few light fixtures installed. You were not home at the time but you had your neighbor friend come check on us and he gave no direction on your overlooked items. You say we did a great job but gave a bad rating. Sounds like you should plan better when someone asks for exact counts of items and tasks that you want completed."

ReLion was great. The technician arrived on time, cleaned up after his work was complete, and he was very careful to avoid extra holes in the wall/ceiling, knowing that repairing such things become costly. I really appreciated his attention to detail!

I am so happy that I chose ReLion to do my electrical work. Jorge was amazing! He was on time. He was very knowledgeableâ he diagnosed the problems very quickly and accurately.
