"Hi William, I am sorry you were unhappy with our service. I did say I had no problem coming back to clean the two fans that were at high speed and could not be turned off. I provided before and after photos since you were not at the home. I also did send you before and afters of the two bathrooms that were filthy and covered in mold, there is no way for us to get up every bit of mold from a shower that has never been cleaned.
