Company was very professional, I was surprised on how quickly they were able to get everything done. Definitely going to refer them and use them for my other bathroom remodel.

Upon initial review of our kitchen remodel the project team estimated 3wks to complete. The project manager stated it would take 6wks. The contract we signed gave them 12wks. They finally completed it after 17wks. Delays were not due to workmanship or labor availability, but ReNewâ s inability to acquire the necessary parts. We had to have 5 range hoods delivered. First two arrived damaged. According to our contract, ReNew was to have all parts delivered to their warehouse for inspection prior to delivery. This did not happen. They then provided a third hood that was wall-mount, not island mounted, as we needed. ReNew then provided a 4th hood, but it was not the correct style. When I called them to ask about it, the project manager argued with me about why the style mattered. I explained to him that it is going into my home, and that I want the specific style that I ordered. He then tried to tell me the manufacturer no longer made that style of hood. I went online to Home Depot and found the hood I wanted. I even told the project manager that, if he wasnâ t able to, I would procure the correct hood and that his team could install it, while reducing the price of the project to cover my purchase of the hood and his markup. He immediately refused to reduce his markup, and threatened legal action should I pursue that. On the 5th try, ReNew provided the correct hood (the one I found on Home Depot and provided to them). It also took them three attempts to deliver the correct cabinet hardware. First delivery was completely wrong. ReNew blamed it on their supplier, Pro-Source. The 2nd delivery had the correct small handles, but the wrong large handles (they did not match). I contacted ReNew and he stated that the large handles were no longer made and that we would just have to deal with it. My wife went to Pro-Source and found the correct handles. These are only the two biggest issues we had with material delivery from ReNew. Short of it is, if they had managed their material procurement and delivery they could have avoided the significant delays that caused this project to run so far overdue. It is apparent to me that they were not interested in doing the job well or right, but in just getting it done. Remodeling projects should not require the customer to do the contractorâ s job to find already pre-determined components.

My parents health was declining and they had trouble stepping into the bathtub to use the shower. They installed a walk in shower with grab bars and a bench. It made things much easier for them. Thank you.

Renew Home Innovations Bevies one star On October 12, 2018, we contracted for a Kohl-er shower stall and were told that installations were being scheduled 8 weeks out.3 months later we learned that our installation was not scheduled until January 23.After the installation was done initially January 28/29, we reported a defect which was not corrected until twenty days later.On multiple days, the installer did not come as scheduled.We were highly stressed and inconvenienced by the fact that a two day job took 4 months to complete. Nick rarely if ever called/emailed me to let me know the current or changing status: I had to contact him repeatedly. Despite these frustrations, we are quite pleased with the final product. Ryan Dennington came out to do the work and was incredibly professional, skilled, kind, and wonderful to have around (we have two small kids who looked forward to seeing him every day). Our bathroom remodel was not simple but Ryan did excellent work and kept to the timeline they promised, which was amazing. We absolutely love our new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects!
