Before coming to our home, Gary spent a long time answering our questions over the phone. On our appointment day, Gary arrived promptly, discussed his plan, and worked really hard to get our carpets cleaned. We had some stains that had been in the carpet for years, and he was determined to get them out. We are very pleased with the results. Gary also cleaned nine throw rugs that were 3 feet by 6 feet, and they look great, too. Gary has many years of experience and is the owner of the business, so he works hard to do a great job and please his customers. We definitely recommend him for carpet cleaning!
