Pedro and his team at Re Roof All American were top notch. Pedro arrived early for his estimating appointment, he had the bid/price to me in two hours and he got the permit within 1 day of us signing his agreement. He was up on our roof and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Our new roof and gutters look great. Pedro updated us every day with the status of our project and he is someone you can trust. The owner of the company came to examine my roof to give an estimate. He found quite a few cracked roof tiles, which two of his workers fixed within a few days. They were prompt, efficient, quiet, and thoroughly cleaned up when done.

Pedro (the contractor) was always available throughout the process of reroofing our house. Pedro and his crew always practiced COVID 19 rules. He always had a mask on no matter what. The whole crew was very respectful of our property, our dogs and us. The crew worked tirelessly and didn't leave anything undone. They always cleaned up after themselves and the equipment that was left at our house for the next day was placed in places to not interfere with us. Pedro was always either personally available or close by via text or phone to answer any questions or concerns. We also wanted new rain gutters installed and he took care of having that professionally done too. Pedro also takes care of scheduling the final inspection by the city. His work, product and professionalism is the best. We highly recommend Re Roof all American to everyone.

I am also pleased to report that the roof no longer leaks since they made the repairs. We experienced here in SJB some heavy rains since my first review and now that the roof came through it without leaking I am totally satisfied with the job they did.
