Landon was very good assessing the deck problems and addressed them properly. He corrected some terrible mistakes the original builder had done causing the steps to rot and were near to collapse. Excellent work at a more than reasonable price. Very pleased with the results.

Landon was very professional and did a nice job on our deck, fence, and gate. He was timely and nice to work with.

It started with opening the wall between kitchen and living room. Did a great job. evolved into a kitchen pantry, kitchen island, counter tops, sink, flooring, ran new plumbing, electrical work in various areas. Plus more. Next up is deck expansion and possibly an RV pad. No need to call anyone else. Does most work on his own so quality is controlled. Very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. I couldn't recommend Re Squared and Landon Reed more highly.

Last July (2020), Landon, of Re Squared, began working on a series of projects in our home, replacing windows, refinishing a bedroom downstairs, and repairing a porch whose structure first required straightening, and then tearing out an old wooden hot tub in its corner, putting in new planks, and finally a paint job. For the most part, Landon's work was satisfactory and I paid him several times as he finished one portion of the whole project, because he said he needed the money to be able to pay bills. That seemed fair. Occasionally, he would take a day or two to go work on other projects which I also felt was acceptable, even though this meant that the jobs in my home would take longer to finish. By the middle of October, 2020, Landon was about one day away from being finished with the entire project for our home. The only things left to finish included installing a threshold for the new flooring in the bedroom, and tearing out and reattaching the slats in the porch railing which he installed without squaring them to each other. In other words, the distance between the slats at the top of the railing are often three-quarters of an inch to an inch wider or narrower than the distance. I made an appointment, and he said he would be at my home that afternoon. But he again did not show up. I began to worry because I knew that when the cold weather arrived, it may become more difficult to do the work and more especially to touch up the paint in some areas that needed it. On November 3, I texted Landon to set up an appointment. He replied, I have to get this job to a point that I can break away. I am shooting for today and will let you know. But, he did not get back to me. I contacted him one more time before the winter set in and he said he would keep his word as fast as he could. Once again he did not respond. On April 5, 2021, five months later, I texted him again and asked if, now that the weather was warming up, he could come and finish his work. He said, Yes, but it will be at least a month. So it has now been six weeks. I texted him again two days ago, May 17, 2021, and have received no reply. I suppose he might say I am being a pest. I would say that seven months is a long time to wait to have him finish the project that he started almost a year ago.

Landon was very honest and thorough, explaining all the options for our remodel. He was very knowledgable and he did excellent work. We are very happy with our finished remodel, and will definitely call him if we have another project that we can't tackle ourselves.

they did more than I asked for. They saw a problem and fixed it and stayed well within budget. I won't use anyone else but them from now on.

My GC up and quit on a Saturday leaving me in a lurch. I realized late on Saturday I needed my floor patched by Monday morning. Re Squared called me right away. I was told a very clear pricing structure and that he could work at 11:30 Sunday. We decided we could figure it out ourselves, but why bother. The price was fair and we wouldn’t have to stress about getting it right. He showed up at exactly 11:30. He moved extremely quickly. No time was wasted. He set a fair price he would charge if we have him come take care of the finish carpentry in a couple weeks. We plan on doing just that.

We rehired Landon in April to remove a bathtub and replace it with a shower. We have issues with the work and cannot get him back or even get him to return our calls. Two walls are bulging; they are not adhering to the wall behind them. One is so bad now that water leaks behind it. The wall above and below the tile strip is bulging out and has caused the soap dish to fall off and grout and caulking is coming out. Also the shower door leaks onto the floor. He did come back and repair the shower door once but it is still leaking. He makes appointments but doesn't come. Now he is just not even answering our calls or texts. We finally had another company come and look at it today (just 3-4 months after he finished) and they said it needs to be removed and reinstalled. We need Landon to take responsibility for the cost of the damages and repairs.

Landon answered the request promptly. He and his crew were ready to go the next day. They were prompt, thorough, and efficient in every way. When the job was over, he told me that if there were any problems or adjustments needed in the future to call him. I will call him first with future projects.

Job was satisfactorily completed on time at agreed cost.

Landon is professional, personable, honest, and reliable. We will be requesting quotes from him for additional projects that we have coming up. Will definitely hire him again if he is available.

Landon was very professional and nice to work with, definitely 5 star work. I hired him to help my sister with her outbuildings and she had nothing but nice things to say about him and his work. He did work that is outside of his usual realm of construction and assisted with some construction too. I would highly recommend him and hope to work with him in the future. His pricing was absolutely fair.
