I needed to have some exterior touch up work done at my Dad's house. Eric was very pleasant to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to my standards (I'm very particular). The price was reasonable as well. I also try and use local companies. I highly recommend!

We had pretty significant water leaks when it rained, and no amount of roof repairs fixed. As it turns out the issue was cracking stucco on our parapets. Erik came out and gave us a few options on what we could we could do to fix the issue. We opted to remove the old stucco and have it replaced with a color matched stucco and fiberglass mesh. After that, no more "roof" leaks. The color match was also near perfect and no one else would ever know there was a repair. The team showed up when they said they would, did their work efficiently and cleaned up well.

High quality and met all promises. Had work done on Spanish tile roof. All broken and missing tiles were replaced and caps recoated. Highly recommend and will uae for other projects.
