Complete Home Inspection
I was surprised that the inspector made no attempt to check underneath the mobile home, as this was a primary concern. The home did have skirting, but that should not have prevented the inspection. The inspector stated he couldn't get under it because he didn't have the tools he needed to do so, but if you are a licensed professional, I expect you to come prepared to do the job. I have another inspection I need done, since I didn't buy the first one I considered. I will not be using ReVue for the next one.

"Good afternoon Ava, According to INTERNACHI home inspection standard operating procedures, an inspector is not required to enter any crawlspace that is not readily accessible, or where entry could cause damage or pose a hazard to him/herself. Unfortunately the craw space under your potential home was very tight and had no active access. I did not feel safe entering your crawl space at the time of the inspection. Inspection Report -- Comprehensive with good photo documentation and additional helpful 'general' knowledge (ex. diagram of roof system, making clear the components referred to in the report). An added plus, he is a general contractor so has that experience behind his recommendations. Customer Service - Excellent. Easy to reach by phone and email. Clearly outlined process so I knew what to expect. The report was emailed to me within 48 hours of the inspection. We are real estate investors from out of state so it's important for us to find a reliable expert to do a final inspection before closing on a property. We have several other new constructions in progress in his service area and will use him again for those inspections when the properties are ready to close. Wish we had someone this good in the other states where we invest!

Brian conducted the inspection in an extremely timely manner. The inspection was very thorough, checking out every aspect of the house. All problems and potential problems were clearly defined in his write-up. I would strongly suggest that anyone consider his services.
