Very disappointed john came to my house give me. A quote for one price I did not like the price tell him I was unable to afford it then he gave me another price I signed the contract and we made a date to start the work. He came and Brong all his stuff to start the job I went to go drop my daughter off get a phone call from John stating that he cannot do it for the price that he gave me that he wanted additional $800 I told him I was unable to pay that because we had a contract he hangs up the phone on me I go back to the house he begins to pull off very rude and unprofessional and I am very pissed

They did an excellent job cutting down a 30-foot tree. The crew was professional and courteous. The cutter,Ian, saved me from having to have the stump removed by fashioning a chair into it. The only issue I have is the debris in the yard was not removed. While this is through no fault of theirs, as it had snowed and covered the yard, I would have rated them as excellent. They promised to come back when the snow melts, at which time I will change the rating. I only hope they do this before the debris kills the grass.

John was very busy during the weekend of the high winds we had in November 2020. He made time to take down 2 large trees that could have caused a lot of damage in our front yard. He cleaned everything up afterward and disposed of both trees. He was quick and reasonable. Will call on him again for more trees that need removal.

John came out and cut down a tree that was close to power lines he was able to cut the tree down safely with the proper equipment and knew a lot of helpful information that made us feel comfortable with him doing the job. I will hire John in the future for any other work he truly is a jack of all trade kind of kind very knowledgeable and a very good people person
