Small Animal Pest Control Service

Bob and Trisha came out at 6pm to check out the squirrels in my attic. Bob looked in the attic and around the house. Bob showed us where the squirrels were coming in and exiting the attic. I asked Bob to look at a another spot of the roof as well,Bob agreed. Bob seemed to be really know his job. So we agreed on a price. Bob began to work. He mentioned that the builders gap was bigger than it should have been and that's how the squirrels were getting in. He said that he would check the entire roof to see if it was like that all the way around and let me know. If it was he would charge me 1500.00 to seal it up. (Trisha and I have been going back and forth with each other. Trisha came back to say thy would seal the attic for 700.00). I gave him permisson to check the roof he never did. Bob patched up two holes and put two traps in the attic. Once he was finished I asked him if he looked at the entire roof and the area of concern. He said no he would have to come back out and look at it. I paid 825.00 Trisha gave a receipt with my warranty information. I called the next day to let them know that there was still activity in the attic. Bob came back out the next week on to do a trap check. My Husband asked if he was going to look at/repair the other area of concern. Bob stated no he only came to check the trap. My Husband was really upset that we had paid him so much money and he drove all the way from Carrollton Ga to Ellenwood to check two traps I the Attic. Bob came back the next week to repair the third spot on the roof. Trisha texted me a few days later asking if we heard anything in the attic. I told her yes. Trisha said she would check their schedule and get back with me. I texted Trisha we setup an appointment they never showed up. I texted to see what happened they never responded. Two days went buy I texted again. Trisha said they were on a job and would call back. She went on to say that they would be charging 25.00 to come back out. I told her that they never finished the job the first time. I paid them 825.00 and I still have wild life in my attic. So they never got the animals out of my attic. They aren't answering my phone calls or texts,

SCAM ALERT! I am a Realtor & Real Estate Professional in other areas. We were having squirrel issues over our carport and in our main attic. We had used a pest control guy several years back who got them out and sealed up the holes professionally. I could not find his contact. Besides calling two larger wildlife companies directly, I sought assistance from HomeAdvisor. Trisha, of *Read Wildlife* was one of the companies who reached out to us from our HomeAdvisor initiation early last week. I explained all that we needed since the two larger companies had already inspected and gave us free estimates. Trisha said she could give me a quote over the phone. I gave her the style and size of my home to make sure we were on the same page as well as what we wanted to have done. She quote a price of $750-$850 and no more than $850. This was to include them spraying to run the squirrels out, seal all construction gap openings with galvanized metal and seal the holes the squirrels made, disinfect the attic and spaces the squirrels had been in amongst other repairs. After reviewing our options with my husband, I gave Trisha a call back last Friday. We agreed if everything and price was as we discussed by phone, we would have them complete the work. I had called Trisha earlier Sat morning to let her know my husband had run the squirrels out of the main attic the night before so we could get some sleep. She said the cost would be a little less and that she was coming as well. Bob and Trisha arrived about an hour after. My husband and I walked around the outside with them to explain what had been done in the past and what we knew was already closed off when our roof was installed in 2006 and by the other pest professional. We left them to inspect the property on their own, while we attended to other things around the house. Bob came back into the house to tell me that the cost would be $1,500 and that there was a mother squirrel with babies in a nest in the area above the carport. But, he would only charge us $1,000. I asked what happened to the $750-$850 his wife quoted since nothing was different. I told her there were baby squirrels in there in the past so that should not have been a surprise. Trisha walked in while Bob tried to increase the price I was not agreeing to. She told Bob she quoted me at $850 as the highest and that is what they needed to honor. Bob said you guys haggle it out. I said I don't need to haggle, the quote was already established and as long as the work was being completed exactly as we discussed prior and now we would go with the $850. They agreed and Bob started some work. I walked outside and spoke to Trisha at their vehicle for some time while Bod worked. I walked over to talk to my husband who was clearing up yard debris most of the time Bob appeared to work. At some point my husband noticed Bob had put up his ladder, but, he had not completed the little work we saw in a professional manner, nor had he even touched other areas. As we walked over to see, Trisha came from the vehicle and said he was done. We inquired why he closed up a hole before getting the mother and babies out. He claimed the mother had moved the babies and was no longer there. We asked about the other areas he never touched and that is when he began ranting and raving about getting paid and he would just remove what he had installed. We stated we were not asking him to do that. We just wanted all the work done as we agreed upon for $850. We would not pay for anything less only to have to pay someone else to do it over right. Trisha was sensible for a few moments as we discussed what was not completed based on our agreement. After telling Bob to leave and we would be in touch my husband checked and found he had not placed the metal he pretended to put up. The pieces of the screen he placed over two holes were done poorly.

"SCAM ALERT! This woman had us come to her home to seal out squirrels and that is exactly what we done. She walked around while we were at her house for 4 hours sealing her home watching us work and never said anything until the job was completed! Then she began to complain about things that we do not do. she wanted us to fix a broken vent and paint it. We are not licensed to do so. We are wildlife control NOT a handy man service! When it was time to collect payment she refused to pay and start raging went inside her home and slammed the door. Her husband who seemed to be the more decent one came out and spoke with my husband so that we could"
