Was able to book an appointment immediately (next day). Charge included them coming back a second time to spray. Prices were competitive.

This company was the only company of the 4 companies that I requested quotes from that responded. Ready Pest Control responded quickly to my inquiry and customer service was very helpful and scheduled service for the following Tue. at 9AM. Service person arrived at 8:57 and made quick work of removing our rather large hornets nest, in fact he even made a fun project out of our hornet nest removal. I truly have to give the service person a GOLD STAR for his costumer service. We were very pleased with the service we received from Ready Pest Control and would surely use them again.

Sprayed the entire outside and inside. However not sure on the treatment in the crawl space if it was sufficient. We will have to wait and see.

Jose was the tech that came out to my home from Ready. He was such a nice guy! Very personable and friendly. He was very thorough in getting all the spiders out of my windows and corners of my front door. He also put on a bee suit and went under my deck to kill the 2 bee hives underneath. It's been 2 weeks since he sprayed and we've been spider and bee free!

Very good customer service, and good explanation on the different services they provide. No pressure, very professional customer service. Technician was very professional and called with what results could be expected at our rental property. They responded quickly to the bee issues we had.

I am pleased with their response and service -- representative was great . . . after initial treatment we have fewer bugs but know that this will take some time to "encourage" all the pests to leave.

I had a very large wasp nest in the tree near the front entrance to my home. A person who is not a regular technician came out to spray and knock down the nest. He told me he had put the majority of the nest in his truck and left quite a bit of buzzing debris on the ground which he said would be dead in a few hours. The following day my five and eight year old grandchildren found what looked to be the entire top of the wasp nest under some shrubs on the side of the house. I called the company and received a less than honest response. The next day the regular technician came out and was considerably more professional.

Definitely works. Service is carried out regularly and they always are accommodating to my schedule when booking follow-up visits. No bugs so far!
