The technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. He came the same day Icalled saying i needed someone to look at our washing machine. i would definitely call them again.

The timely maner in when they got to my home. and calling to make sure i was at home.

Someone named Laura came on for Home Advisors. The only company we saw to choose from was Appliance HVAC. The operator said we had to pay $88.00 to get the repairman out here and all other expenses would be deducted from that. We were suspicious,but paid anyway. because she said without payment, no one would come.. The repairman charged 81.00 and said he gets paid on the job and had no knowledge of the transaction. Please cancel all other appointments and the 88.00 that was paid via telephone. Looks like FRAUD! The repairman Royce Washington did a good job, but where's my 88.00? I had to pay him. 81.79.

Royce responded quickly and was professional during the whole process. Without a doubt he will be my 1st call for any future needs.

He came out right away and on a Saturday. Took care of my problems and was very knowledgeable. He relieved my anxiety, specially this time of the year , when guests are expected. Canâ t thank him enough!

Royce was excellent!! He went above and beyond to help our family. He came after hours, just so we could have a working stove the night before Thanksgiving.

The technician spent a lot of time troubleshooting my washer which was very difficult to take apart and put back together. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Also very professional. Thumbs up.

He even went as far as to make the call to the warranty department of the appliance to be repaired. He was great.

Royce was very accommodating in moving his schedule around to fit me in so I wouldn't miss work. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of what was going on with my a/c system. Additionally, I was contacted me almost immediately after scheduling him for service and I thought it was outstanding considering it was a holiday.

Was nervous using an independent contractor but Royce was very patient and stayed in touch from first phone call to completed job.
