Mr. Reagor failed to fix my oven. He ordered a part that has been on back order for over a year, and now refuses to respond to us. He took over $250 from us and has now gone MIA. I am filing a police report this afternoon. Good news is, I hired someone else to fix the oven and it was a simple fix. Which makes me wonder his competence with the appliances he advertises he can fix.

He called me right after I filled out my info, made a same-day appointment, and fixed it very quickly. It was just a busted belt on my dryer, something that could be a DIY, but I am not handy. Once I saw the dryer taken apart, I knew I made the right choice! He also showed me what was broken, explained what happened, and gave good advice.

Markus was at our home within 2 hours of our call. He identified the problem with the bottom loading freezer, cleaned out the build up of ice, gave us some helpful hints and was on his way within 30-45 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised at the relatively low service charge. We definitely recommend him and will use him again when needed to repair any of our appliances. Thank you!
