the findings were important in a negotiation. He promised the report no later than Tuesday. We did not get it until Thursday am. The report had numerous errors in it, and It took me pointing these out before the appraiser corrected it. I have little faith in its conclusions or its author. I would not use this appraiser again or recommend him to anyone.
