We spent too many years dealing on our own with basement water issues. We finally decided to get some help and reached out to Steve Wall at REAL DRY WATERPROOFING after getting a very high recommendation from a neighbor and reading the many online reviews from satisfied customers who had a variety of basement water situations. We called and he stopped by later that day! Steve clearly explained in detail what he would do to end our water problem: install a sump pump in one corner and a French drain around the perimeter of our 1500 sq ft basement. The drain was needed because the water was seeping up through the concrete floor. We also had a small crawl space under an addition on the back of the house that needed its own small sump pump. He gave us a reasonable cost estimate and shortly after his visit, he and his team started the project. Steve, Chris, Simon, and Matt were all top-notch professionals, extremely competent, and very respectful. At the end of each day, Steve kept us in the loop showing what they had done and planned to do going forward. He patiently answered all of our questions. His team also went above and beyond in helping with an extra request that we could not have done ourselves for which we are truly grateful. In addition, he stayed true to the original estimate! He even called a week or so later to touch base. We no longer have any worries at all when it rains. There is not a speck of water anywhere! We had a very large and complex project and the crew did a outstanding job. We won't know if it ultimately solved the problem until the next heavy rains, but I'm betting we have no further problems.

Straightforward in quoting the project. Gave honest quote that was right where expected cost to be. Showed up on-time as promised and completed project on-time. Had some good suggestions for the project and made several minor changes at reasonable extra cost after first discussing plans. Would rehire for another project.

Steve was very responsive, honest about timelines and showed me exactly what was needed. He did not try to upsell me in the cost of work to be done and what was needed. He showed me how to follow up on his work to complete the job to save me money. He also came back to see how everything turned out after his work dried and I did my part. Overall, a good experience! Two other companies that responded would have done more work than necessary. One sent some great information and was polite when I chose Steve. The other company was rude and was not a good match for what I needed.

Steve Wall and his crew were honest, fast, hard working and delivered exactly what they promised, in a difficult area of 4' crawl space, trenching and putting in sump pump and clear shield. These are local guys who've been in the business a long time.

He responded quickly to my call, he provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a fair estimate, and he assured me he would be on the job with the crew. Curt was professional, timely and great to work with on my job. He took the time to explain every detail of the process and was true to his estimate. The worked outside my house and you wouldn't have know they even did anything as they put the mulch back exactly the way it was before the job. Steve Wall stop by on a Wednesday to look the project over,gave a good price and had the job completed by that Friday. Very please with the end result.
