chance has only made it to work 25 hours out of three weeks. full of excuses, or just doesn't respond at all. what he has done has been sloppy work and moved from one area to another with never getting any area done. now, once again he has just decided to not show up, and is not responding to my texts. I don't think he is up to the task, or skills required and just bailed without notice, even though we discussed that I needed things done prior to the cold setting in for my animals. poor workmanship, no attention to detail, or instructions, seems to have no real plan/outline as to what he needs to do or how he'll do it, and definitely unreliable

Chance is not a licensed electrician. My home had functioning power before work started But after only i have limited electricity and plaster walls have gaping holes. i have contacted chase he said he would not be back in my town. and did not offer any assistance to fix issue. He has stopped communication. also brought his dogs in to my home causing damage to my floors.
