I appreciated that Mark and his assistant were very careful with the roses that grew around the project. They cleaned up daily and kept the worksite safe. The job was completed on time or less, and was done to 100% satisfaction. I liked the materials recommended and used by Mark. I would hire Mark in the future for any construction related projects.

They were super fast and able to start immediately. I was impressed with the speed of getting the work completed. It was easy to work with them and did not require much of my time. Mark took the most time investigating the problem and developed the most simple solution of all the bidders. I would certainly use them again in the future.

I gave this pro an excellent review at first. I was very satisfied until I got a good look at this pros handiwork. Cut woods and nails were poking out. To be fair, this pro came back after I complained. Now, two months later, my husband found a lot of dissatisfaction. Wood tags were not removed before nailing the wood. Railings were not level. Existing pieces of wood were used instead of replacing them. For the amount of money I paid this pro, I feel swindled.

Mark is the rare contractor that shows up when he says he will, and does what he says he will in the time frame he says he will. A very pleasant young man and a pleasure to work with. He obviously has a great work ethic. Wish there were more out there like him.

This guy was great! He had all the best tools and more. He was skilled finishing in no time at all. He did not give us a hourly rate but gave us a cost for the job. Which we thought was more than fair.

Mark gave us a competitive bid for our fence project and hit every deadline that he set for himself and his crew. Our cedar fence turned out looking good and our spring loaded gates are great as we have young children that may forget to fully close them when they pass. The best part about Mark is that he is readily accessible and answers his phone. If anyone has had experience trying to get folks to answer their phone in this market you can appreciate being able to contact the person doing your job for you. We would definitely use Mark and this crew again for future projects.

Work was done nicely but feel overpaid. 1.5hr delayed from appointment time and notice was received just on the appointed time.

We had drywall that was damaged by a wasp nest inside the wall and light fixtures that needed to be replaced. We had an exterminator that came out and killed the nest but refused to remove the nest from the wall. Mark and his crew arrived and went right to work. They removed the damaged drywall (as well as the wasp nest that had caused the damage) and replaced two exterior light fixtures. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly and ensured we were satisfied. We would hire them again for any home repair needs we have.

Mark was quite flexible to figure out a solution to the problem with our gate, and made it work again, for a great value.

I know I overpaid for this service but was happy to as we were in escrow. Mark Nikolin responded within an hour to our initial inquiry and started work that afternoon. He also facilitated the paint match and texture of the repair. It looks great and the buyer can't even tell it was repaired. Only drawback, I spent several hours the next two days cleaning up the drywall dust and texture overspray on numerous surfaces. Would have awarded 5 stars across the board with a good cleanup job.

Mark is a very easy person to do business with and good problem solver. A little pricey and material was not that good

Very polite. Quoted me a price over the phone and completed the job for the quote. Also had some other inprovements I want to do and he was very helpful in giving estimate for that job as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of a handyman.
