One Time Interior House Cleaning
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I paid $300 for a deep cleaning. They did not even do a complete regular cleaning, let alone a deep cleaning. I emailed and sent numerous pictures. I was promised a re-clean. I have corresponded with them via email, text, and left a message. It has been over a year, and they have yet to complete a re-clean. Just spoke with a manager and they said that they can't offer a re-clean or refund after so long. This clean was completed in November of 2024. I notified them immediately that it was not cleaned. I was asked to take pics and send them in, which I did in early December. They offered a reclean. I asked them to wait until it warmed up. Then I was unable to have them come from March through August. I started reaching out again in August via text and email, and just today finally received a response. "Hi Tonya, Thank you for your feedback. We?re sorry to hear you remain disappointed with your experience. To provide some context, your deluxe cleaning was completed on November 16, 2024. After the service, your payment was declined due to insufficient funds, and we made multiple attempts over the following weeks to reach you by phone, email, and text regarding both the payment and the concerns you had with the cleaning. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response despite those repeated attempts. On December 31, 2024, we were finally able to make contact and collect payment. During that conversation, you expressed concerns about the cleaning and stated that we should have returned sooner. We explained that we had been unable to do so because we had not been able to reach you despite our repeated communication attempts. Even though the request was already outside of our normal re-clean guarantee, we still offered to return and address the areas of concern as a courtesy. We did not receive a response to that offer until February 19, 2025, when you let us know you had been dealing with family matters and asked if the complimentary re-clean could instead be completed during the summer months. At that point, several months had passed and the home had been lived in, making it impossible to fairly evaluate or re-clean the original service from November 16, 2024. We stand behind our work and make every effort to promptly correct any legitimate concerns when we?re given the opportunity. In this case, we made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve the matter, extended an accommodation beyond our normal policy, and unfortunately were unable to complete a reclean due to the extended delay in communication. For those reasons, we do not believe it is reasonable to provide a complimentary cleaning more than a year after the original service. We wish you all the best. Kyle W. Owner"

The team that cleaned my stairs and upstairs carpets was on time, very courteous and experienced. They got very set in pet stains out of the carpet so that it looked very nice, as if they never had been stained. I can now put my house on the market with confidence.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Two women came to the house, stayed 3 hours, was charged 6 hours labor. For the time they were here, they didn't get much accomplished. And the work that was done in the bathrooms, I had to do again because the faucets, toilets, mirrors, and bathroom floors had not been cleaned.
