Really Great HVAC, LLC

Mr. Guzman was very personable and provided a fair quote for replacing and/or resealing the ductwork in my two-story home. I hired him, and his crew seemed to do a great job (though time will tell). However, the issue arose when I received my receipt and noticed it did not list all the work I expected at the quoted price. I later learned that repairing the walls and ceilings they cut into was not included? something that was never made clear. When I received the quote, I was told, I have a guy that will come in and patch the walls, and it will look like we were never there. ; There was no mention of an extra cost, which led me to believe it was included. I strongly recommend getting a detailed, written quote before hiring Really Great HVAC to avoid any surprises.
