Excellent customer service. Prompt responses to all inquires. Superb job cleaning carpets at move out. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and eliminated all evidence of our two pet dogs. Would highly recommend Jim Real for any carpet or upholstery cleaning service that he offers.

Excellent service, great prices, great communicatioin. Could not remove a pet urine stain completely but I don't think anyone can. He cleaned and treated it and it is much less noticable.

Expectation was that all would be dry in 4-5 hours. It took 24 hours for all to dry. The couch was dripping onto the carpet that had been cleaned. Service Provider was late, but then gave a discount on price. He offered to bring a fan over the next day, but the carpet was dry by then.

An emergency call, an immediate response, and expedient service ! In and out in about 1.5 hrs. which worked well with my crazy schedule that day... Carpets were very clean afterwards, and dried completely by the second day... as it started to rain we couldnt' keep the windows open to help with the airing process... friendly and efficient.
