Hello! As a second generation home inspector I am proud to continue the legacy of assisting homeowners through all their real estate transactions and questions. I am a Certified CREIA inspector and have almost a decade of inspecting experience under my father former CRIEA chapter president and inspector Martin Greenwood and 2-time president the recently retired Carl Turnbow. I pride myself in the complete inspection service! Meaning I don't just disappear after i've finished the report and been paid, I am available to my clients to answer any questions or concerns that they may ever have!

Robert Greenwood demonstratively knows everything about house construction and inspections. I have used his services twice. He physically inspects EVERYTHING you can imagine, including the attic, under the house, the external conditions, the internal conditions, equipment, etc. When onsite, he provides an immediate verbal report on the most critical inspection issues. His written report is extremely detailed and objective. His report is essential in assessing the health of the house and is invaluable as a checklist for future maintenance needs. His contract process is fully electronic and efficient. Robert is a consummate professional throughout the process. The immediate confidence you feel over the phone is fully realized in person and in the verbal and written reports.
