We failed inspection because the plumbers installed an S trap instead of a P trap. Not sure why this was done, the inspector made it seem like this was common knowledge. We had a horrible experience with an electrician they sent out to us as well. Would have been better off hiring my own private contractors.

Re-Bath just finished our two bathrooms and did an excellent job! The showers turned out beautiful. In the second bathroom we removed a tub and replaced it with a shower. All of the Re-Bath personnel who worked on the project were very professional. I would like to give specials recognition to Sam Ewing, our design consultant/salesman, Mirna Garcia, our production contact, Luis and Jesus who installed the new showers. Thanks to the entire Re-Bath team. We couldnâ t be more pleased. The Durabath shower walls turned out to be exquisite. They are far superior to tile and are easy to clean without the problem of cleaning grout. They also come with a lifetime warranty. The price of the project seemed to be a little pricey but with further comparison the price was not out of line. But the end result is so good, you will not be disappointed. The only complaint I would have is how long it took to complete the project. I must say, however, that part of it was due to the custom built vanity tops that we ordered to give us extensions over the toilet. We donâ t hesitate to recommend Re-Bath and know that you will also be quite pleased.

Over all great experience from the meeting with Sales Rep to the Workers performing the work. Project was completed as scheduled and on time with no additional cost, even when an unplanned toilet flange had to be replaced at no extra cost. Compared with other company's I meet with, Re-Bath was without a doubt the best choice for my two bathroom remodels.

Very easy to work with, installer was clean and polite, minimizing disruption to us. Everything went as scheduled.

Our experience was that at every stage, from initial presentation, to removal of old tub, floor and vanity, to installation of new floor, shower, vanity and light the persons performing the work were professional, courteous and expert in their fields. We are very satisfied with the result. It turned out even better than we imagined. We went from having a very old decrepit bathroom to the kind of bathroom you would see in a model home! Don't hesitate to use Re-Bath. They are superb.

On time, good quality, well organized.

The Re-bath employee and the sub-contractor electrician were great. The sub-contractor plumbers were sub-par. The plumbers were not interested in their work. They had to redo their work twice. The project took and extra day because of the plumbers. The removal of the old shower went well. The install of the new shower is complete and satisfactory. The cost was just a little more than we had planned to spend. Yes we would use Re-bath again.

A plumbing project: excellent job of installing a new shower/tub. Whole job took 2 and a half days. Finished job looks fantastic.

They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They took very good care of our situation.

Rebath office and their Team was very professional and our two bathrooms now look great. They re-tiled the master shower and bathroom floors, replaced fixtures, and removed the tub. Slight hiccup with the niche in the shower, causing some delays, but all turned out well. The 2nd bathroom was re-tiled, kept existing tub, and the floors re-tiled. I only rate the 'value for the money' lower, as I know I could have purchased materials myself and hired various contractors - basically, paid more, to save myself time of researching contractors, plumbers, etc. and coordinating everyone.

From the Estimator that came out and listened to our wants and needs, to the Installers that did the work, everything met and exceeded our expectations. This was an old, ugly bathroom that is now the best looking bathroom on the block. It was set up by Rebath for safe use by a 92 year old man to include grab bars, safety railings and cosmetic beauty. We love Rebath, and we love the work that was done!

They were clean, polite and on time. They did a great job.

Communication was poor. They didn't follow my instructions. The finish work was not done very well. They said they would fix some plumbing work and I don't know if they even did it, they never showed me or talked to me about it again.
