"This homeowner was extremely unprofessional. Made us climb in and out of the window, had no lights in basement bathroom we were setting in, and wanted us to do work for him that he was not going to pay for. We ended up walking from his job and repeated multiple times we were done with being treated horribly and he got a free floor set. We told him if he wanted to pay what he thought was fair okay, if not congrats on getting a free tile floor as we would not do anymore work for him. We took pictures and a video of the entire experience so we could back our claims and left it at that. This homeowner continues to try and do negative reviews because we gave him a free floor and refused to come back to grout it just due to the disrespect and treatment on his part. We explained to him that we had a sick child one day and the first day he just wanted us to show him how do do jobs like hanging doors because he trying to do as much work himself and keep it cheap?."
