Timothy replace my springs six months ago in one garage door and I signed up for a three year maintenance contract. He had it on his calendar and contacted me ahead of time, came out and serviced my doors (2 garages) and did everything per the contract very efficient and timely. It was nice to know that he remembered, and I didn’t have to chase him, and then he will service me every six months is comforting do you know that my doors will work and if there’s ever a problem, I can always call him and he will respond instantly.

My Garage door cable broke and pooped off the track. I contacted Rebel Overhead Doors and received a response within 10 minutes. Scheduling was quick and easy. He took a Quick Look at my door, explained what was wrong and quoted me a more reasonable price than the other companies I contacted. My door was reset and fixed within an hour. I was worried about being sold things I didn’t need., but that didn’t happen. Very courteous, honest and easy. I would definitely recommend.
