"We appreciate all of our customers and their reviews. We regret that this customer was not happy with the end result. We try to accommodate all of our customers to fit their needs, wants, and budget, and we always offer ideas and options to save our customers time and money. Regretfully this customer did not want to invest more money on new material for a wooden fence and requested that we use as much of the old material possible, and he was quoted accordingly. The property needed back fill to level the area and stronger wood (customer has huge dogs that scratch/wear down the fencing). We were contacted by this customer?s wife who stated that she was very happy with our work."
