I’ve used this contractor for multiple projects at my home and he’s been great to work with. Very responsive. He’s fair in his pricing and bids. He’s consistently followed up on all work to ensure it’s done right, and when things aren’t quite perfect, he takes the time during his own follow-ups to either correct the issue or bring it up ASAP so it can be corrected before it causes further delays. He’s even come out to do the work himself to make sure it’s absolute quality, correct work. I’ll be continuing to call him for future projects.

I was initially planning on an addition to my 10 yr old house. As the existing attic space was evaluated, the contractor found that I actually had a hole in my roof and the initial roofing work had been subpar. The defects were explained and I could see I really needed a whole new roof. I was given choices of shingles and learned about a new product that helps to prevent moss growth on the roof. The roofers worked together and very efficiently. Also the work was done with care as to not damage my gardens. They cleaned the area up nicely at the end of the day. My neighbor noticed my roof and asked if my contractor would evaluate his roof. The contractor did so that day. He also had his roof replaced right after mine. So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started. This company besides doing excellent work definitely pays attention to the smallest details, listens attentively to how you expected the project to turn out and were very kind. Pat.

They did an awesome replacing my roof. They are very responsive with anything I asked about the price was very reasonable. They were fast clean and professional. They even did some repair on some of my window trim that needed to be done because of dry rot. They made sure everything was done 100% correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or any repairs in their house. I plan on using them again next spring for some wood trim around my windows again.

We had a leak on a Sunday morning. Within a few hours there was a team here tarting the roof. After consulting with us (roof had tiles, had leaked before, and the age of the roof) we decided to replace the roof. The team had to replace facia boards and gutters, so it was a longer process than most. The team was cheesy with communication and our roof looks great!!

The owner of Reborn Construction company, Justin Schaan, is the best person I have worked with in this field.. and I have worked with a lot! Whatever I’ve requested to have done, he brought in, by my standards talented, responsible and respectful (of us and our home) individuals who are all excellent in their field.. Tile and grout man, done. Need a professional painter? Carpentry work..Justin has a good tradesman for that job too. Nothing is better than “Word of Mouth” advertising. I can assure you from my experience that Reborn Construction Company is the best around.

I had Justin do some extensive stone tile repair on a large deck that I have. He and his crew did an amazing job. I am fortunate to have found him, and his stone mason Chris. You won’t find a better stone mason than Chris. Thank you Justin.

We needed a new back door replaced and Justin was able to order one and have it installed in just over a week. Friendly and helpful throughout the whole process - even helped me when I was unsure what door handles to buy! Thanks again!

Reborn Construction was great to work with. We had drywall repairs inside our home, and when Justin came out we discussed my "wish" list. Later that same evening he had used the photos of things we wanted done and used them to create 3 different options at all different price points. He listened to everything we needed, had great communication, and the quality of the finished product made us very happy. A special thank you to Chris and Andres, on Justin's crew. They were respectful and so friendly. Would we use Reborn again? Absolutely! Would we refer Reborn Construction to our family friends and co-workers? Absolutely! Thanks again. Justin and his crew replaced two second floor windows in our older home. They were very respectful, thorough, and matched materials to our requests. They also did a great job on clean-up.
