Rebuildit just finished quite an extensive remodel of my house. I threw a lot at them, and I mean alot! Complete remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom as well as new paint and flooring throughout. We didn't make it easy on them either. Water damage, asbestos removal, removal of a load bearing wall, you name it, they did it and all with a smile on their face! Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the estimators, to the designer, and even the owner himself. They all greeted us with huge smiles and made us feel like we were in good hands. I have to give a special shout out to our Project Manager, Raymond. He stayed on top of everything! With such a big job there were definitely some hiccups along the way, (nothing major, just some the usual things that can happen during a remodel), but he was in front of every issue before it became a bigger issue and handled the whole project with class and professionalism. Agnessa came to our home and was very pushy getting us to sign an agreement for our bathroom remodel. We negotiated what we felt was a fair price (not unreasonable). We picked out everything and signed the final contract in late March. When the initial measurements were being done, they damaged a drawer and pulled flooring up to inspect underneath. However, since these would all be replaced, we figured that it wouldn?t matter for a short time. We were told that cabinets and fixtures were being ordered immediately. It?s mid May now and NOTHING has been done. After inquiring multiple times, we received a call from a middleman we?ve never spoken to before, saying that Rehuildit may not be able to complete this project afterall since they ?wouldn?t be making enough money?. This is despite having a signed contract. We now are in limbo with a damaged floor and drawer that doesn?t work. Terrible company to do business with and I?m currently filing a BBB report too.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Raymond Gavaldon was our project manager, he was professional, great communication. The whole team was fast, friendly, and efficient. We highly recommend and would use them again.

Dmitriy and his team were very polite and professional of the work they did. The skillsets they implemented for this work was outstanding! I hired Rebuildit for 2 new skylights to be placed in my living room to let more light in and oh my goodness am I in love! Ciana and Simon were my original estimators who did such a good job finding the right place and size that would look symmetrical in my ceiling and I would absolutely hire them for future work. All in house crews, no subcontracting and all permitted/licensed!

From beginning to end our experience with our entire bathroom remodel, fully done by RebuildIt Inc. met all our expectations! The project was completed timely, ON BUDGET, & the craftsmanship was top notch. We’re so happy with the final result! The work & materials were both high quality & came out beautifully. We have had nothing but compliments on how beautiful it looks. Even the City Inspector told us they did a great job. Ciana, who was the project estimator and wrote the bid & contract, was amazing & she was with us throughout the whole process. Raymon, who was one of the project managers was always courteous & handled any question or concern we had throughout the project. He always made sure we were completely satisfied. Dinu, the construction manager, listened to our every concern and addressed/solved each & every one. Every single commitment they made was delivered. All the crew were very courteous & really worked hard to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use again!

This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left.

Paul was my initial contact. Very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process. The crew was hard working, professional, super neat and professional. I absolutely recommend Rebuildit for any household project
