Larry came and gave us a quote the day after we requested info (even though it was a Sunday) and was able to do the smallish but varied jobs the next day. When I told him I had a few others things for him to quote while he was there the job day... he and his worker quoted and completed the additional jobs the same day. The jobs were well done and finished quickly and completely with clean- up as well. I will recommend Rebuild with Etchison to friends and have already done so.

I hired Larry to re grout 2 bathrooms for me and he told me it would take all day to do the work and said it would cost $450 plus $50 for materials and his helper was there for about 3 hrs. he stated that it really just needed to be cleaned not what he thought what needed to be done and he offered to take $100 off, I feel I was over charged for his services, people that I work with try to save me money and in return I give them repeat business and referrals, I paid a total of $350 for the job, I felt price gouged

He came when he said he was coming. His communication was excellent. He fixed what was wrong.

Larry repaired our laminate flooring in a timely fashion and with quality. He and his employee showed up on time and completed all the tasks that we agreed needed to be done. Larry is knowledgeable and does not try to oversell his company or the job. His pricing was very fair and I would recommend him to others!

Mr. Etchison contacted promptly after I submitted my request through HomeAdvisor. He came out and gave us a quote, then came out the next morning to complete the job. He explained exactly what needed to be done; picked up the supplies and did an excellent job installing the replacement attic ladder.

Larry responded promptly, arrived on time and the price charged was comparable to another company's quote. He completed the job the same day. He had difficulty in fitting the new pre-hung door and I was very disappointed in the quality of the finished work. There were uneven gaps of 1/2 inch between the exterior siding and the molding which he filled by gobs of silicone. Based upon other reviews posted I was surprised that he would present this to us in this condition as the finished job.

Larry called as soon as I posted the job request. We sat up a time for him to come to my home the following morning. He showed up on time, completed the work that day at a great price,even a bit cheaper than originally discussed. I plan to have him out again to replace a window. I highly recommend Larry Etchison. He is reliable, does great work, and is very reasonably priced.

Larry Etchison works himself repairing or building any project. He did a good job and in time as promised. He has the knowledge. He gives a written estimate with detailed description. Our expensive front door needed a new threshold and we had all the rotten wood replaced & painted around the house. He was able to lift up our deck and replace with new poles. I would recommend him highly.

Larry removed old steps to porch, set new corner posts, and made new steps. He painted the porch and steps. Also, cleaned roof and gutters. I was pleased with his work.

Larry came out same day and fixed my issue no problem. Great service, look forward to working with him again.

Larry responded immediately to our request for a quote on Sunday and had the job finished on Tuesday. The job involved repairing some fairly extensive wood rot and replacing framing and damaged wood under the siding and subfloor on the exterior of the house. Larry and his crew were very courteous, professional and punctual. They did excellent quality work at a fair price

Larry is true to his word. The layout and terrain of our yard posed considerable challenges, but Larry was able to figure out a way around all of them. He took care to explain in detail the nature of the problems and his approach to solve them. He kept us informed of his progress, and went above our expectations. We experienced very good communication with him and his crew, and relied on his considerable experience. What began as one project expanded into four as we discovered even more skills than we had originally hired him for.

I hired Mr Etchison to assemble a headboard. He tore the headboard. It is a new expensive piece of furniture that has been torn. It cant be repaired without being totally reupholstered. Any other repair would be visable. He was supposed to purchase new wood for the project, only one piece looked new, the others looked old. He tore the fabric on the headboard with a nail on a piece of wood. He did not offer to have the headboard reupholstered.

Ernest Austin is the best repair man I have ever hired, period!. He is courteous, clean, easy to talk to, and very competent.

The job was not done well. I don't think the gentleman new what he was doing. Very nice guy man , but I would not recommend him.

I highly recommend Larry! Excellent quality and very prompt....Larry does what he says he's going to do. He built a beautiful deck at my house and at this time I'm continuing to work with him regarding additional fencing at my property. He is very thoughtful about planning and organizing his work and does the right thing, again and again. Excellent work ethic and a very nice, personable man to work with!
