The agent of Reclaim Pest Control, Tochukwu, arrived at the scheduled time promptly. He thoroughly inspected for possible entrances for mice. Once narrowing down how the mice were most likely entering my apartment, he proceeded to plug and block all entryways. It has now been about two weeks, and so far, I have not seen a mouse. I really appreciate him contacting me and checking if my situation improved.
