Was over a week late on survey then took several weeks to get electronic copies and even longer for paper copies. Then filed a small claims case for no payment even though the job was not complete. Would answer the phone and responded to emails days or a week later.

We tried to hire about five companies and only Mike answered us within one day. Mike arrived in a day and did all the work in two hours. The next day, he sent the drawing by e-mail and a few days later we received a package with several paper copies of the survey and a detailed report. I must say that the price was very reasonable. Mike was great to work with. A good communicator, efficient and did what he said he was going to do. He even gave advice after his job was complete. Also, he s the cheapest surveyor I found and I talked with 2 others saying they couldn t beat his price. Thanks, Mike!!
