Dan performed an initial service that didn't quite take care of the problem. I contacted the company, they scheduled a second appointment and came out a second time - add work on, but provided an allowance for the first time out. I'd hire the team again.

I had not used my indoor hot tub for eight years. Dan came out and looked at my equipment. He said the equipment was old but not ancient and seemed to be working, so he filled the hot tub and worked on getting the pump going. It took quite a lot of effort to prime the pump, but he eventually got it running. He showed me how to balance the chemicals, so I am up and running, just in time for cold weather to show up!

Great to work with! They return calls in a timely manner, update their ETA, troubleshoot and repair quickly, and are just plain friendly.

We bought house with a hottub and I did not have the faintest idea how to run it. It was not heating very well and we could not drain it to replace the water. Dan came in, showed me where a reset switch was for the heater and went through a lesson teaching me the parts of the hottub and what to look (out) for. He also resolved another issue he found. Last, the tub would not drain and the valve was broken. Dan was pretty funny by offering a $1200 fix of the valve or he could show a way to drain the tub with a garden hose for $0. Nice people, good service.

I don't understand why this business doesn't return my calls. They came out charge me $139 to basically tell me that they couldn't even crawl into the hot tub or diagnose the issue due to the weather and the tech having a bad back. How do you call this a legitimate charge when you didn't even do anything? This is truly unbelievable. Worst service ever! I think I'll try it the BBB next.

The owner Dan could have "found" more work to be done than needed, but repaired a broken connection within the first half hour. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Another contracter said the tub would have to be transported to their location to be repaired. Thanks Dan!

REIS was excellent, they were very responsive in a time critical situation due to the possibility of freezing. They were very clear and accurate in all communications and arrived at exactly the time they said. Dan obviously new everything about spas, the repair was very easy and he fixed it right away, so fast in fact that he spent time with me for the remainder of the "minimum time" answering other questions of mine and explaining details of the circuitry and logic of the control panel. If I ever need help again, I will be sure to us REIS again.

Dan, the owner was early on appointment's, even came out on a rainey day to work on my tub. Did a fine job. If I need future work, he will be the one I call.

NEGATIVE STARS if I could. D & D Spas called ME to tell me about their "stellar" company, service and rating. I booked them after being promised they were going to provide a temporary hot tub cover while I waited for my new one. (I explained, this was my main reason for booking this company as my home is for sale and being shown.) "That should be no problem," I was told. At the end of the cleaning Dan didn't have one and "don't really do that anyway". The company rep I called about the situation only gave excuses, no apology, and hung up on me! Dan, the serviceman also expressed no concern, and said what he just did for $235 was a FAVOR!! When we asked him to put the side back on the tub, he said they charge by the minute to do that, and then proceeded to over-tighten the first screw. My wife asked him nicely to not over tighten then proceeded to make him stop and leave after the look he gave her. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

Dan was a real knowledgeable person - Very courteous and the service was fast and with very fair pricing. He had our hot tub fixed in not time at all and we are very satisfied. Will definitely hire these folks again when we need to move our repair our hot tub.
