The folks at Redbird Roofing responded quickly willingly worked around my schedule. Everyone I interacted with at Redbird was friendly, helpful, patient and professional. Jacob, Ty and Shawn went above and beyond with their customer service, making the project and process enjoyable. Their installation crew showed up when promised, did a high quality job with strong work ethic, and were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Redbird Roofing.

Justin is a great rep for Red Bird. Knew everything about the product and went up on the roof and showed me the problems. the price was good and the warranty was even better. TY and the crew showed up in about 2 weeks. did an excellent job. very hard workers. had to dodge the rain a couple of times but everything turned out great. they made a lot of noise. cat cats didn't like it

Red Bird Roofing was the second company to respond to my request for a roof replacement estimate. Both were the same day I sent in the request. Other companies responded in the next few following days. Red Bird made an appointment to send their consultant Tyler out here at my earliest convenience. He arrived promptly and explained every step of the process the roofers would be doing. He used to be up on roofs himself doing the work, so he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The actual crew arrived on the scheduled day a little after 6 AM and were hard at it by 6:30. There were 8 of them, and they all seemed to know what they were doing. I was amazed at how well they worked in unison and how they seemed to be enjoying their work. It was sunny with a 103-degree heat index that day, but other than needing lots of water they didn't seem to be bothered by the heat. Job done in around 8 hours. Looks good!
