Overcharged me for the project . Took me a month to get a refund. Have to file a credit card dispute . Company still did not install water heater pan and expansion tank as per code, and manager Thomas Robertson told me they will not do it and lied about sending me a refund. Rude people. Always excuses.

I had the awesome opportunity this time to work with the Red Cap Air division for my AC system. The technician, Will, was prompt, got right to work to resolve the issue, and got cool air flowing again very quickly. Based on the symptoms, he knew exactly where to look.
