I hired Red Cap plumbing to repipe my house, install a whole house shut off valve and new water heater. Red Cap did an exceptional job with passing final inspection with no errors flagged! The pricing was fair and their professionalism and customer service was excellent! I have used Red Cap for my plumbing needs multiple times and highly recommend this company!

They installed my A/C unit and new duct work . Had several issues during the first 2 months which were corrected however then was told needed to have new ductwork installed because of the air pressure through the old ducts was causing issues. Did that and now it seems anytime I get tune up service they are on an up sell of additional things that would make my A/C better. I told them at the beginning I wanted everything I needed done for the onset. Red Cap started out great but they seem to be falling into the pattern of the other A/C companies that I left for the up sell reasons. They cancelled this last appointment twice on me due to other more urgent repairs. Hope this doesn t continue.

Manny and Chris know what they're doing - they did an excellent job. It was a pleasure having them on this project. Once they had removed the air handler, it was clear that the ductwork was in poor shape and needed to be replaced. That was unforeseen, and turned this one-day job into just over two days. But for my family's health, the delay was worth it. After the install, we had a small leak from the tube which takes the condensation outside. Manny and Chris returned the next morning and fixed it in just a few minutes. They carry Lennox units, which I know are good. My previous system didn't cost as much, but that was 15 years ago and this system has a higher efficiency rating. Still, I was a little surprised at the system cost. They were able to provide some incentives, which made it more cost-effective for us. They were also able to offer interest-free financing on the whole job, which saved us a lot of money. Overall, the new system is a good value for the price. This company is very responsive when you have an issue. We've used them for two other projects, and they have always provided excellent service and results.

I have never had a serviceman from Red Cap that I have not been 110% happy with! Every one of them has been helpful and friendly. Rico went the extra mile to find a replacement for a broken bath/shower handle and worried about getting it "just right!" He was a real winner! I never worry about the RedCap guys...they always do their best!
