Red Carpet Cleaning

They did a great job removing some red juice stains from an off white carpet. Have used them on 2 occasions for cleaning and will use them again.

They handled themselves professionals and were very polite and courteous.

I emailed for carpet cleaning on Friday, and they were out Monday morning. The tech did a marvelous job. The carpet looks new! And, he had to patch an area that the dog had damaged, and you can't tell where the patch is. Adrian was the best!

Moved into new 3,500 sq ft home and wanted entire new home cleaned from top to bottom before moving in. We requested carpets be cleaned, tile steam cleaned, and also hired a maid service thru them to clean windows, base boards, cabinets, drawers, ceiling fans, et al. Albert and his crew did an excellent job and we are extremely happy! Response to request was quick, was easy to set up appointments/ times, crew were thorough and professional, and felt the price was VERY fair for the amount of service we requested. We will be calling Red Carpet Cleaning again in the future for any and all our flooring and home cleaning needs.

The carpet has never looked so good. The stairs particularly were really bad and they made them look brand new. They did an excellent job throughout!

Red Carpet did a wonderful job on my apartment. After they finished the carpet looked better than when I moved in. I'm extremely please with their work and I will definitely use them again.

After I confirmed the appointment to do 7 rooms and our stairs by phone and email, my wife had to call and follow up to get them to show. They blew through the house in 45 minutes and there were streaks where they didn't cover the whole carpet as well as swaths around raised furniture (a secretary in the master was the most obvious) where there was no attempt to run the cleaner wand under the desk. I agreed they didn't have to move furniture but I was most disappointed inn the lack of attention to detail.
