David actually did all the work himself. He worked around and through rainy days to get the job done. Very friendly and polite. To be honest it has rained so much we have not used the sprinkler system yet but David made sure the heads were adjusted for good coverage and showed us how to program. Also put in a sensor to turn it off if it starts to rain while it s running.

Orginally the work he did was very good, I hired him for a second project and he only did half the job and did not complete. After many attempts to get him to come back he never responded.

I saw in the reviews everyone said --they-- He is a one man show and it seems, fairly new at this? He was timely at the beginning and answered all calls promptly. Took three days to install as he seemed to be working several jobs. Very nice, polite and professional. Paid half up front. The landscape company that placed our sod (a major sized company). Said that the pipe was the shallowest they had ever seen. After sod was installed and irrigation was turned on several leaks were found but he responded to our call and came out the next day to fix. He also said he inspected the coverage and all was good. It was not. The next day we saw numerous dry areas and were told by sod landscaper that the wrong head were used in several locations. We had paid the other half of what was owed though and Red Clay has not responded to any calls since. Think he is new at what he does and as a one man show is overwhelmed. Nice guy until paid. Neither we nor the company that installed the sod would ever recommend. Not because of the mistakes, those can happen... but no excuse for hiding once paid...that is lack of character.

They were on time, did great work at a fair price.

They did good work, prompt and reasonable price.
