Con artist. Brian Niccum is a man of no character. Paid a deposit and took 4 months to even get the posts set (improperly I might add). Still do not have the panels up and no refund that was promised. Hardly any communication, promises dates and times to show up and no shows. Claims to have material to build it then the next day I am told they have to go pick it up. He runs this one (which is temporarily shut down according to Facebook), and JB Landscaping and Lawn Care. He cycles between the two. When one is getting caught for Fraud he switches to the next. Brian has several cases against him. Small claims and fraud. He will soon have more. Do not do business with this man. Most of these newer reviews are fake or done by people he knows that had simple jobs done. I try not to leave a bad review but when you get told that he is sick and he will just refund me, yet posts pictures of him on vacation that was the final straw.

Red Dirt Land Management has been a show... for 6 weeks. I paid 70 percent up front. the start date was 5 weeks ago. April 1, 2021. I Do not understand ...How I could be so foolish. They will not respond to me, or even a text. I will not recommend anyone else, for this kind of treatment.

Currently in the final clean up stages of the job. I have nothing but great things to say about Brian and his team at Red Dirt Land Management. I will recommend this company to my friends and family which says a lot about them.

Brian was wonderful working with us to make us happy with our backyard fence. I definitely recommend him for any project you may need. Thanks Brian!
