Great service

So remember the rain storm on 3/20/2011. It was right after the radiation cloud hit Sac. It rained all night and there was even a black out . My wife went into our master bath at about 11 at night and noticed that our roof was leaking. I have a tile roof. I dont know if you've ever tried to find a tile roofer but they are one in a million! I tried to call the guy that fixed our roof in the past and his number was disconnected. I panicked! I jumped on the internet and started searching for a new guy. I called about 7 or 8 businesses and left messages. At about 8:30 the next morning Jason from Red Dog returned my call and I told him what was happening. He came right over. Showed me his driver's license and contractor's license. put on some booties so he wouldn't dirty the floors and took a look at the problem. He then went on the roof for a few minutes then came down and asked me if I had a digital camera. I gave him my cell, showed him how to take the pics and up again he went. When he returned he showed me the pics of the problem and gave me a price. It was very fair so i agreed. He told me that he had a couple of other jobs to look at and that he'd be back to do the work the same day. A couple of hours later he came back and quickly finished the job and cleaned out the gutters. I was so pleased that I asked if he did anything else. Well it turns out he does everything. I had a side garage door that was flimsy and needed to be replaced. He gave me another price which again i accepted. He started removing the old door and I went to Home Depot and got another one. I brought it back, He installed it in about an hour cleaned up his mess, I offered him a beer, he declined, I payed him and then he hauled away all the trash. What a great experience. Working with Jason and his wife Stacey has been a very good experience. He took the time to explain what was needed to repair our roof, he was on time and even went out of his way to make some repairs that he found after the inital survey. Jason did a very through job of cleaning up and I would use him again if needed, and would refer him to our friends.

Responded very quickly and did some initial repair. Materials to complete the repair were obtained and the job was completed within a week. A clogged gutter was cleaned out without being asked. Very satisfied with this company.

He responded by phone first thing the next morning, was able to come to assess my situation within the hour, identified the problem, took 'Before' photos of it, fixed the problem, took 'After' photos, and was on his way before lunch. Contractor was very quick in responding to my request for quote and submitted a bid the next day. He was able to schedule start of construction within one week. Project was started and completed on time. They did a outstanding job repairing my roof and replacing the gutters. Jason is very professional and extremely knowledgible and I would use them again on any future construction job.
