"I chose not to accept this account because of the daycare. We operate heavy equipment and daycare can be a liability issue if someone gets hurt. A lot of toys are all over the yard. There was little to no profit in this account and we did give the homeowners a free mow for the inconvenience. I feel the half-star review of my company was uncalled for. - Ron Owner REPS INC."

Worked with Ron, he was very helpful and patient. This is my first experience with a snow plowing service and he was very informative. We’ve had a few snow events now, some bigger than others and the guys doing the work do a great job! They clear the driveway and sidewalks completely, better than I ever have myself and I’m rather picky. I would recommend this company with no reservations, they do a wonderful job!

The snow was removed but hastily and sloppy. The sidewalk from the garage to the house the left snow at the door way which was dangerous for me.

Very prompt response and showed up when they said they would. Not pleased with the total work but he as very responsive to my concerns. Came right over and we discussed what I did not like and we agreed upon a new price for additional work which is to be completed this week. Will probably revise my rating once the additional work is done.
