I hired this company twice. Both times the owner Carlos doubled the original quote once he started the job. The first time a neighbor working for Mr. Carlos quoted the job so I thought it may be a misunderstanding and paid it. The second time I dealt with Carlos one on one. He quoted the job per 1200 for his machine and 1300 for hauling off stumps. After he hauled 4 loads he came to me and said there will be more loads. He also continued to use a story of there are more stumps than what were there. As if we made more stumps appear. After completing the job he tried to more than double the price. He wanted to upcharge per load. His first load was a normal load. Every load after was was 1/4 of a load. All this was recorded. Upon payment time I told Carlos I?d pay him the original quote. He talked to me as if he was superior to my person or work. I explained to him that you can?t double the price you quoted. Get anything in writing when using this guy.

Carlos and his staff did a fantastic job!!. They were professional, courteous, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work that was being completed. They delivered as promised and definitely took a lot of pride in their work. Their customer service was top notch and I would definitely recommend Carlos for all your tree trimming and cutting needs!

I had two trees that could have fell with a good wind and instead of waiting for me to pay them they came and did it the day before I was supposed to give them the money because they were scared that is going to fall on me that's a good company that care about their customers

Mr. Oseguera came promptly after we contacted him and cut the large tree for us as well as trimming some limbs. He cleaned up nicely after cutting. He tried and succeeded at sparing a smaller plum tree which could have been damaged by taking down the large pine tree. He had a very good business manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing a tree service.
