Fatih Topal from RedLine Contracting was amazing to work with. He was initially working with my neighbor on a roof that had hail damage when he noticed that my roof might have damage as well. He took the time to speak with me and, within a day or two, came back to do a full inspection. During that inspection, he took numerous photos and carefully walked me through each area of concern, clearly explaining what he found. He was patient, never rushed the conversation, and made sure I fully understood the condition of my roof. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for quality workmanship immediately stood out to me. Because of that experience, I chose him and his company to manage my storm damage repairs—and it was the right decision. He was always accessible, whether by phone or text, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. He even came by my home several times to make sure everything was moving forward smoothly. He also acted as a strong advocate on my behalf, communicating effectively with my insurance company and guiding me through each step of the claims process. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure I received proper coverage for my home, including the roof on both the house and garage, as well as my siding and door. One thing I especially appreciated was his attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Rather than rushing, he waited until the weather was warm enough to ensure the best possible installation results. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, letting me know exactly when the crew would arrive. When they did, they completed excellent work on the roof and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. Once everything was finished, Fatih Topal personally came back to do a final walk-through with me to ensure I was satisfied and that the cleanup was done properly. Overall, it was truly a pleasure working with him. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience with Andy, who helped us finally determine the cause of a leak in our roof. He provided a detailed report and photographs that we were able to go back to our original roofing contractor with.
