These guys made sense, knew what they were talking about and solved our issues with the most reasonable solution. Everything is great and they were very polite and informative! Would never use anyone else again!

The sewer leading from the toilet was blocked. Responding rapidly, Red Mountain was on-site the next morning. They located the blockage: construction debris, including concrete was blocking flow. This was cleared rapidly using state of the art equipment. We recommend them as reliable and professional experts.

Mr. Herrera and his team stepped into a very complex problem on a large property, and got the job done right, in record time. They fixed several hard-to-identify problems caused by others, and gave us a very fair deal. Options were explained at every step. When the problem became much more difficult than the original estimate supported, we feared the worst, but even though they had to do a ton more work once they discovered the problems the last contractor caused/hid, the increase was reasonable and in line with the rates in the original itemized quote. Definitely recommend!

I had major plumbing issues as all 3 Of my toilets wouldn’t flush and my showers were backing up. I made a request for service late Sunday and received a call from the owner okay early Monday. Due to the severity of my problem he came in the morning, worked diligently and was able to diagnose my problem (two other companies I had hired in the past were not able to figure out my problem). He took time to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions. I was worried about the cost as I had read reviews this company was expensive but I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work performed. If you have major plumbing and or sewer problems I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Red Mountain.

I have a lot of respect for plumber. I have had a couple instances in my life where I have snaked out sewer lines because of a clog, it is hard work. It is not a fun experience when you flush the toilet and you see the water come up in the bathtub or wash your hands and water seeps out of the washing machine drain pipe. This guy replaced an old pipe in my yard and wanted to replace the pipe going into the street. He replace the pipe, but things are worse now. They estimated well over TLC which I hear is the expensive guys in town. I liked the crew, but TLC under estimated them. I wanted to do the right thing and go with a small business so I told him about TLC estimate, he matched TLC the estimate. So I said okay and paid for half the project. I always heard you are supposed to get multi estimates. Now has been over a month and a half and no progress. I called around at the city and they had no record of permits getting submitted for my address to replace the sewer line in the street. Yet, this guy says they are in. I call him to talk and his mail box is full. My BS meter seems to detect he is full of it when we do talk. I am still nice to him and patient. I told him I heard someone say it takes 14 days to get a permit to get into the street. This sets him off. I must have hurt his feeling or something. He says I am playing games. No, I am not playing games I am tired of this dang sewer backing up and cleaning up floods in the laundry room. So, since I cannot get a hold of him and he does not call me back and already has half the deposit I am the one playing games? Sorry, I just am trying to get this taken care of. In any case what a waste month in a half and still go to deal with sewer backups and find another plumber. I would not recommend this guy. His crew is nice good people. They seem to do pretty good work. He did come and snake my line once, but it took a bit to get him out. I dunno, seems like he has big jobs and the casino. He never calls to let you know how things are going, his mailbox is full, and good luck if he calls you back. Plus, I think he is full of BS.

Rick and his team came on a Monday started the work tue everything was completely done Friday morning they had dug approximately 5 feet down for 100 feetâ ¦ Use the backhoe and hand diggingâ ¦ Theyâ ve worked very hard in extreme heat put my fence back upâ ¦ many of the trees had to be cut and dug out and I understand why, I feel sad after spending almost 15 years and lots of money cultivating these beautiful plants and now many are butchered â ¦ Thatâ s the only way they could dig so I get it itâ s harshâ ¦ I will recommend them because they were very thorough explained everything and I could trust them to work and I was not even there most of the time. Thank you so muchâ ¦ Look forward to working together on another project in the near future

We had a leak from an unknown source and it took him no time at all to determine where the problem was. The repair job was completed in no time and they cleaned up the area! Red Mountain responded so quickly, and they arrived at the scheduled time and did a really nice job stripping old caulk in the shower and re-caulk and fixed the rubber bumpers on the door and did some other caulking in my kitchen. Very beautiful job. Theyâ re returning next week to fix a few other things that need attention. Highly recommend!! They are skilled in multiple areas of what a home needs other than just my simple repairs .
