Everything is up and working again. Was a little disappointed because they did not plug my washer and my pump for the drinking water system back in.

We had a problem with an old kitchen. Wiring was confusing and done by non-professionals. Red One came in replaced 6 outlets, two lighting fixtures, and recommended some future work for us. Very professional, helpful, and good customer service. Showed up when they said they would and did exactly the work that was promised. No complaints.

They didn't show for the scheduled time. I called and had to reschedule. When the worker arrived the next day, the first thing he asked was if I spoke Spanish. When I said no, he froze and then spoke English (with some difficulty). After showing him what needed done, he went to store to buy parts. That is when I was called and given the cost of the project. I will say that when he returned, all work was done quickly and neatly.

Other than not arriving on time within a 3-hour window, the work done was exceptional, professional, and very clean. And at a great price. I highly recommend Red One Electric.
